Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below. Reading these definitions first will help the rest of the document make more sense.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your current mobile number, and a valid email address. Pakistan-Specific Note: Your Game 588 account name must match the name on your CNIC exactly. This is required to process withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank accounts registered under your national identity number.
Game 588 is designed for players in Pakistan. Players must ensure that their own use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their location. It is the Player's responsibility to verify this — Game 588 does not provide legal advice.
Your Game 588 account is your responsibility. You are required to keep your login credentials — your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone, including people who claim to represent Game 588 support. Game 588 support agents will never ask for your password.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the Game 588 support team immediately via live chat. Game 588 will take immediate steps to secure the account pending investigation. Game 588 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered under your own verified identity. Game 588 does not accept deposits from third parties — if a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match your registered identity, it will be returned and the transaction may trigger an account review.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit for Bank IBFT is Rs 1,000. Deposits below these thresholds will not be processed and the amount will be returned to the originating account.
Game 588 charges zero fees on deposits. The amount you send is the amount credited to your balance. Your own mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges on their side — these are entirely independent of Game 588 and not within our control.
If a deposit is deducted from your wallet or bank but does not appear in your Game 588 balance within 30 minutes, contact the 24/7 support team via live chat. Provide your payment transaction reference number. Most deposit issues are resolved within minutes of being reported. Game 588 is not responsible for delays caused by mobile wallet or banking network outages, but will assist in tracing and resolving the transaction.
Before your first withdrawal, you are required to complete Game 588's KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by submitting a valid CNIC. This is a one-time process. Once your identity is verified, no further KYC documentation is required for subsequent withdrawals unless Game 588 is legally required to re-verify due to regulatory changes or account risk assessment.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day including public holidays. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 10 to 20 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed the same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM PST. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow card network processing timelines of 1 to 3 business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 for all methods. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Game 588 charges no fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent to your payment account. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
For security, withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered under your verified CNIC identity. You cannot withdraw to a mobile wallet or bank account belonging to another person. If you need to update a registered withdrawal method, contact support and complete the required verification step.
Bonus Funds: Only real-money balance — not unreleased Bonus Funds — is available for withdrawal. Bonus Funds must complete their stated wagering requirement before converting to withdrawable balance. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the Bonus Funds portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.
Bonuses at Game 588 are optional — you are never required to accept a bonus. Before opting into any bonus or promotion, read the specific terms for that promotion carefully, including the wagering requirement (the total amount you need to bet before Bonus Funds become withdrawable), the minimum odds requirement for sports betting bonuses, game contribution percentages for casino bonuses, and the expiry period after which unused Bonus Funds are forfeited.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following defaults apply: welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Slots contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement. Live dealer games and table games contribute 10%. Sports bets on markets with odds below 1.50 do not contribute to sports bonus wagering requirements.
Game 588 has systems in place to detect bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or coordinated bonus exploitation across related accounts. If bonus abuse is detected, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be voided. The affected account may be closed. Game 588's determination of bonus abuse is final.
Game 588 reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect any promotion you have already opted into and are currently actively meeting the wagering requirement for. New promotions are announced in the promotions section of your account dashboard.
Every game available on Game 588 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. This certification is conducted by recognised third-party testing laboratories and ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random, cannot be predicted, and match the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. All bets on Game 588 are subject to acceptance by the platform. Game 588 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including for reasons of price error, unusual betting patterns, or market liquidity. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number — until that point, the bet is not binding on Game 588.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play (live) odds change continuously based on match events — the odds shown on screen during live betting are indicative until confirmed. Game 588 endeavours to minimise the delay between odds display and confirmation but cannot eliminate it entirely.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to standard rules for that sport. In cricket, for example, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results are accepted as official. In the event of a match that does not produce an official result, all bets on match-dependent markets will be voided and stakes returned. Tournament outright bets remain active through normal schedule changes. Specific void rules for each sport are set out in the Sports Betting help section of the platform.
Standard accounts have a maximum payout cap per event, which applies to single bets and accumulated returns from multi-bets. This cap is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Players who regularly reach or approach the cap may request a limit review through the VIP support channel.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Game 588. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:
Game 588 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms; a Player's account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months; a security concern is identified; or a regulatory or legal obligation requires it.
You may close your Game 588 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not completed their wagering requirement are forfeited on account closure.
An account is classified as dormant after 12 months of no login activity. Game 588 will send at least two email notifications to the registered address before applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts may incur a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero. Game 588 will make reasonable efforts to return remaining dormant balances to the last registered withdrawal method before applying fees.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Game 588 content for any commercial purpose.

Your personal data — including your CNIC number, mobile number, and financial transaction records — is held securely and used solely for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. Game 588 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.
Game 588 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered Players will be notified via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
